§1.1 Scope and Application
These Terms of Service outline the rules, scope, and conditions for providing electronic services by Customer Connect CRM AB (hereinafter referred to as "Customer Connect"), headquartered in Sweden, Patriks Väg 14, 434 90 Vallda, registered under organizational number 559477-1114. Services are provided through the website customerconnect.io and its subdomains.
The Terms of Service are prepared in accordance with Swedish law, including Lag (2002:562) om elektronisk handel och andra informationssamhällets tjänster, regulating the general rules of online service provision by Customer Connect. For users who are consumers, the regulations of their place of residence apply, provided these offer a higher level of protection than these Terms of Service.
§1.2 Regulations on the Provision of Electronic Services
General technical and organizational aspects of online services are governed by the laws of Customer Connect´s country of establishment, i.e., Sweden, unless local regulations explicitly dictate otherwise, especially regarding consumer rights protection.
Customer Connect also complies with applicable regulations for electronic services in users' countries of residence.
§1.3 Consumer Rights
For users who are consumers (natural persons using the Services for purposes unrelated to business or professional activities), the local regulations on consumer protection in their respective countries of residence shall apply. If the consumer protection laws of the country of residence provide a higher level of protection than these Terms of Service, the local laws take precedence.
§1.4 Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy
The principles regarding personal data protection, user data processing, and the use of cookies are outlined in the "Privacy and Cookies Policy" document, available at: customerconnect.io/privacy-policy.
§1.5 Definitions
- Customer Connect – Customer Connect CRM AB, based in Sweden, at Patriks Väg 14, 434 90 Vallda, registered under organizational number 559477-1114, responsible for managing the System and processing personal data in accordance with GDPR.
- Website – the website available at customerconnect.io and all its subdomains, managed by Customer Connect, enabling access to the Services and containing information about the System.
- Terms of Service – this document, which defines the rules for using the Services, including the rights and obligations of Users and Customer Connect.
- Customer Connect CRM System (System) – software provided electronically by Customer Connect, offering customer relationship management (CRM) functions, data collection, analysis, and business process integration.
- Service – a term used interchangeably in these Terms of Service to refer to the Website and/or the System, depending on the context.
- Service – the provision performed by Customer Connect for the Client, including access to the System's functionalities in accordance with the selected Pricing Plan.
- Agreement – the agreement entered into between the Client and Customer Connect based on these Terms of Service, specifying the conditions for using the System and the Services provided by Customer Connect. The Agreement is concluded electronically when the Client registers an Account and accepts the Terms of Service.
- Pricing Plan – the variant of the Service chosen by the Client, specifying the scope of the System's functionalities, the number of Users, and resources. A detailed description of the Pricing Plans is available at:.
- System Instance (Instance) – a dedicated space in the System allocated to a specific Client, accessible only to authorized Users. The Instance ensures secure storage and processing of the Client's data.
- Client – a legal entity, organizational unit without legal personality, or natural person conducting business activity, who has entered into an agreement with Customer Connect for the use of the System.
- Account Administrator – a User designated by the Client, with extended permissions within the Instance, responsible for managing access for other Users and configuring the System.
- User – an individual person authorized by the Client to use the System Instance as part of an Account.
- Account – an electronic object in the System, identified by a login (email address) and password, enabling access to Instance resources in accordance with granted permissions.
- License – the right granted to the Client to use the System under the selected Pricing Plan. The License is assigned to a single organizational number.
- Instance URL – a unique web address assigned to the Instance, allowing Users to log in and access the dedicated System area configured exclusively for the given Client.
- User Data – information entered into the System by Users or the Account Administrator, including contact data, identification data, and information necessary for managing customer relationships.
- Module – each of the modules available in the System, offering specific functions within the Pricing Plan, such as contact management, sales analysis, or time tracking.
- Billing Period – a time unit for which the subscription fee is charged, defined as a calendar month or year, in accordance with the selected Pricing Plan.
- Business Client – a legal entity, organizational unit without legal personality, or natural person conducting business activity who uses the System or Services as part of their business activities and is not considered a consumer under applicable law.
- Consumer – an individual person using the Services for purposes unrelated to business or professional activities.
- Subdomain – a web address that is part of the main domain customerconnect.io, allowing access to specific resources or features of the Website. Subdomains are managed by Customer Connect and may be used to offer additional services or dedicated System areas. An example subdomain is:.
§2. USE OF SERVICE
2.1. Rules of Use
The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with these Terms of Service, applicable legal regulations, principles of social coexistence, and moral standards.
2.2. Respect for the Rights of Third Parties
The User's actions must respect the individual rights of third parties, including copyright, personal rights, and data protection principles.
2.3. Responsibility for Data
When using the Service, the User is obliged to provide true and accurate data and protect it from unauthorized access.
2.4. Personal Data of Third Parties
It is prohibited to provide personal data of third parties without their explicit consent, and such actions may result in the immediate suspension of the User's Account.
2.5. One Account per User
Each User may possess only one Account.
2.6. Prohibition of Unauthorised Use of Content
Users and third parties with access to the Service are prohibited from:
a) copying,
b) modifying,
c) sharing,
d) transmitting,
e) utilising content or databases available within the Service in ways other than those permitted under applicable laws.
2.7. Password Protection
The User's Account password is private and confidential. The User is obliged to keep the password secure and change it regularly to protect the Account and prevent unauthorised access.
2.8. Prohibition of Password Sharing
Sharing passwords between Users or providing them to third parties is strictly prohibited.
2.9. Prohibition of Harmful Data Entry
Users are prohibited from introducing any harmful data into the Service, such as:
a) malicious software (e.g., viruses, bots, spyware, worms),
b) files that may damage the IT infrastructure of the Service or other Users.
In the event of a violation of this provision, the User shall bear full civil and criminal liability in accordance with applicable laws. Customer Connect reserves the right to:
- Report the violation to law enforcement or other relevant authorities,
- Seek compensation for any damages caused by the introduction of harmful data, including costs of restoring the system to full functionality and any losses due to service interruptions.
Additionally, Customer Connect may immediately block the User's Account or terminate the Agreement without prior notice if the violation is confirmed.
2.10. Recommended Technical Requirements
Recommended technical requirements for using the Website and System include a computer with a processor of at least 2.5 GHz, 8 GB of RAM, and broadband internet access. A keyboard or other pointing device is also necessary for completing forms. It is also necessary to have an updated modern web browser.
2.11. Reporting Violations
Content or actions by Users that violate these Terms of Service, applicable laws, or the purpose of the Website may be reported to Customer Connect at: .
2.12. Monitoring of Activities
Customer Connect reserves the right to monitor User activities to ensure security and compliance with these Terms of Service.
2.13. Consequences of Violations
In the event of a violation of these Terms of Service by the User, Customer Connect reserves the right to:
a) suspend access to the Account,
b) permanently delete the Account,
c) take legal action if the violation constitutes a crime or misdemeanour under applicable laws.
§3. Provision of Services
3.1. Scope of Agreement
- The subject of this Agreement is the provision of services by Customer Connect to the Client, granting access to the Service and support for its functionalities.
- To access the Service, the Client is required to enter into an Agreement with Customer Connect. This Agreement grants the Client a temporary licence to use the Service.
3.2. Online Registration
- The Agreement is concluded online – at the time of registration on the platform and acceptance of the Terms of Service by the Client.
- By creating an Account, the Client confirms they have read and accepted the Terms of Service.
- The data provided by the Client during registration must be accurate and truthful.
3.3. Subscription Model
- The Services provided by Customer Connect are available through a subscription model. Detailed information on functionalities and pricing for individual Subscription Plans can be found at customerconnect.io/pricing.
- The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each Billing Period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless cancelled by the Client.
- The subscription fee is paid in advance for each Billing Period. If the Service is cancelled, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
3.4. Payment Default
- In the event of non-payment by the Client within the time specified in the Agreement:
- a) Customer Connect will send the Client an initial email notification about the overdue payment within 7 days of the due date.
- b) If payment is not made within an additional 14 days,Customer Connect reserves the right to send a second email notification, informing the Client of a potential suspension of Account access.
- If payment defaults exceed 30 days:
- a) Customer Connect has the right to temporarily suspend the Client's Account and its functionalities in the System.
- b) The Client will be notified of the suspension and provided instructions to settle the outstanding payment to restore full access.
- If payment remains overdue for an additional 30 days after the Account is suspended:
- a) Customer Connect reserves the right to permanently delete the Client's Account from the System.
- b) The Client will receive a final email notification indicating the planned date of Account deletion (not less than 7 days from the date of the notification).
- Customer Connect is not liable for the loss of data or access to the System resulting from the permanent deletion of the Account due to payment default.
- The Client may contact Customer Connect to negotiate an alternative payment arrangement. Requests can be submitted via email to: .
3.5. Client Subscription Cancellation
- The Client may cancel their subscription at any time via the Account settings in the "Billing" section or by sending a request to: .
- Cancellation of a monthly subscription will deactivate its automatic renewal.
- In the case of annual subscriptions, fees for unused periods are non-refundable, except in special circumstances reported by the Client and approved by Customer Connect.
- After the subscription ends, data stored in the System will be permanently deleted, except for data that Customer Connect is required to retain under applicable laws. Upon the Client's request, one-time access to the data may be granted after the subscription ends, but no longer than for a period of 7 days from the termination date. After this period, the data will be irreversibly deleted.
3.6. Termination of Agreement by Customer Connect
- Customer Connect reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client breaches these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- Upon identifying a breach, Customer Connect will send the Client a demand to cease the violating actions:
- The demand will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
- The Client is required to immediately cease the violating actions.
- If the Client does not comply with the demand, Customer Connect may:
- Temporarily suspend Account access,
- Permanently delete the Account, which equates to termination of the Agreement.
- In cases of severe breaches (e.g., unauthorised attempts to access the System or actions harmful to the infrastructure), Customer Connect may terminate the Agreement immediately and delete the Account without prior notice.
- Termination of the Agreement due to a breach does not entitle the Client to a refund for unused subscription periods.
- Creating a new account by a Client whose previous Account was deleted requires explicit approval from Customer Connect.
3.7. Immediate Account Closure Procedure
- To close an Account, the Client must submit a written request via email to: .

- Full name,
- Email address associated with the Account,
- Information confirming the decision to close the Account.
- Customer Connect will close the Account within 7 business days of receiving the request.
- Account closure will result in the permanent deletion of all data stored in the System, except for data that Customer Connect is required to retain by law.
3.8. Client Obligations
- The Client agrees to use the Services in accordance with their intended purpose and these Terms of Service.
- Harmful actions against the Website or System infrastructure, providing false registration data, or violating the rights of third parties may result in the immediate termination of the Agreement.
3.9. Reporting System Errors
- The Client has the right to report errors in the System's functionality and request their resolution.
- Customer Connect undertakes to take corrective actions depending on the nature and complexity of the reported issue.
§4. Payment Method
- Method of Payment
All payments for Services purchased through our Website are processed exclusively online using the Stripe platform. Transactions require the provision of a credit card number, expiry date, and CVC code and must be completed in a single uninterrupted session. Stripe processes payments in accordance with the international PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), ensuring the highest level of protection for payment card data. Upon completion of payment, a confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the User during registration. - Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy
Before placing an order, the User is required to review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Once all purchase details (including the product type and total payment amount) are confirmed, clicking the “Buy and Pay” button will redirect the User to the Stripe platform to finalise the transaction. - No Carry-Over of Unused Features
Unused query limits or other features within a billing cycle cannot be transferred to the next billing cycle or accumulated. - Access to Additional Features
Access to additional features or exceeding the limits available on free accounts requires purchasing a subscription. Detailed costs and subscription limits are described at:. - Alternative Payment Methods
Upon the User’s request, sent via email to , Customer Connect may issue a pro forma invoice and allow payment through an alternative legal method. This applies only to long-term subscription plans for a defined service purchase. - Access After Subscription Expiry
Following the expiry of a subscription, the User retains access to query results and data stored in the System for three months. After this period, access to the data will be blocked, except for data required to be retained under applicable legal regulations. - Payment Schedule
Subscription fees are charged in accordance with §3 Section 3.3. The fee is charged on the calendar day the paid subscription started. If the subscription began on a non-existent day in the current month, the payment will be processed on the nearest available day. - Failed Payment
If insufficient funds are available on the User’s credit card or Stripe cannot process the payment within 7 days of the first attempt, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. - Payment Schedule Overview

§5. Complaints
5.1. Submitting Complaints by Users
Each User has the right to file a complaint if they believe that Customer Connect has not provided services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Service or applicable law.
5.2. Handling Complaints Submitted by Consumers
Complaints submitted by consumers will be handled in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
5.3. Handling Complaints Submitted by Non-Consumers (e.g., Business Clients)
Complaints submitted by non-consumer Users will be handled in accordance with general civil law provisions applicable in Customer Connect's country of establishment, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate agreement.
5.4. Complaint Submission Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in the following ways:

A complaint should include the following details:
- Full name (or company name for non-consumers),
- Email address associated with the account,
- Description of the alleged breach,
- Any additional information necessary to identify the order or account.
5.5. Processing Complaints
- If any information is missing, Customer Connect will request the User to provide the necessary details before processing the complaint.
- Customer Connect will process a complete complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The response to the complaint will be sent electronically unless the User explicitly requests an alternative method.
5.6. Additional Notes
- If Customer Connect does not respond within 14 days, the complaint will be deemed accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (for consumers).
- Any concerns regarding the handling of complaints can be reported to the appropriate supervisory authorities in the User's country of residence..
§6. Withdrawal from the Agreement
1. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
A consumer Client has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without providing any reason.
2. Exercising the Right to Withdraw
The Client must submit a clear statement of withdrawal:

The withdrawal statement must be sent before the end of the 14-day period to be valid.
3. Exceptions to the Right to Withdraw
The right to withdraw does not apply in cases where:
- The service provision has begun before the withdrawal period ends, with the Client's consent, acknowledging the loss of the withdrawal right,
- Digital content is delivered without a physical medium, and delivery has begun with the Client's consent,
- Personalised services tailored to the Client's needs are provided,
- The service is fully performed by Customer Connect as per the Agreement,
- The Client has activated and used System functions (e.g., entered data, generated reports).
4. Refunds
Customer Connect will refund all payments made by the consumer Client within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, provided that:
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless the Client agrees to an alternative.
- If services were provided before the withdrawal, Customer Connect may retain a portion of the payment proportional to the services rendered.
5. Consumer Obligations
The consumer must inform Customer Connect of the withdrawal in accordance with the applicable rules. If the consumer has accessed materials that are no longer permitted for use (e.g., time-limited licences, System functions), they must immediately cease their use.
§7 COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
1. Scope of Protection
All materials available on the Website and the System, including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content, are the property of Customer Connect or are used with the consent of third parties holding the relevant copyright.
2. Prohibition of Copying and Publishing
Copying, modifying, printing, or publishing any materials available on the Website and in the System, including photographs, graphics, logos, or texts, is prohibited without prior written consent from Customer Connect or the copyright owner.
3. Prohibition of Commercial Use
Downloading and using materials available on the Website and in the System for commercial or promotional purposes by third parties is prohibited without the explicit consent of Customer Connect.
4. Consequences of Violations
Any actions infringing on copyrights may result in legal measures, including:
- Demanding the cessation of the infringement,
- Compensation for damages incurred as a result of the infringement,
- Legal proceedings in the country where the infringement occurred.
§8 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
1. Responsibility for User Actions
Customer Connect is not liable for User actions that violate these Terms and Conditions or for Users' failure to comply with applicable laws.
2. User-Provided Data
Customer Connect is not liable for damages resulting from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect data provided by Users when using the Website and the System.
3. Use of Analytical Data
Data and analyses provided through the Website and the System are informational and intended for professionals. Customer Connect is not responsible for any misuse of such data by the User or third parties, which could lead to unintended consequences.
4. Force Majeure
Customer Connect is not liable for damages resulting from acts of force majeure, including random events, natural disasters, technical failures beyond Customer Connect’s control, or actions by public authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability
Customer Connect is not responsible for:
a) Temporary unavailability of the Website or the System due to maintenance, updates, or other technical work,
b) Inability to use the Website or the System due to technical issues on the User's side, including lack of hardware or software compatibility.
6. Legal Information
All limitations of Customer Connect’s liability comply with applicable laws, including:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
- Local laws regulating consumer protection in the User’s country of residence.
§9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. The controller of Users' personal data is Customer Connect CRM AB.
2. Detailed terms regarding personal data protection are specified in the Privacy Policy available on Customer Connect's website at. The Privacy Policy includes information about the purposes, legal bases, and scope of personal data processing.
3. Customer Connect processes Users' personal data for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling agreements concluded with Users,
- Providing services electronically,
- Handling complaints,
- Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Website and System,
- Conducting marketing activities (with the User's consent),
- Fulfilling legal obligations under applicable laws, such as maintaining accounting records.
4. Customer Connect is committed to processing Users' personal data in accordance with principles of transparency, data minimisation, and purpose limitation. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the agreement, legal obligations, or other lawful purposes. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Users accept the relevant clauses during the registration or login process, giving consent to process their personal data for:
- Fulfilling the Agreement,
- Sending commercial and marketing information to the provided email address (optional).
6. Customer Connect does not share personal data with third parties unless:
- Required by law,
- Necessary to fulfil the agreement, e.g., in cooperation with technology partners (payment providers, hosting services),
- The User has given explicit consent.
7. Users are required to update their personal data provided to Customer Connect in connection with the use of services. In the event of data changes, the User must update their information promptly, but no later than within 7 business days from the date of the change.
- Customer Connect reserves the right to:
- Suspend the provision of services until data inaccuracies are corrected or updated if inaccuracies prevent the proper provision of services,
- Delete outdated, incorrect, or unnecessary data in accordance with applicable laws.
- Failure to update data within the required timeframe may result in consequences for the Agreement's execution, including limiting access to services or terminating the Agreement in the event of significant violations of this obligation.
8. Users may, at any time, consent to receive commercial, promotional, and marketing information via electronic communication channels, such as email. This data may also be used for market research and analysis of User behaviour and preferences to improve service quality.
9. Every User has the right to access their data, rectify it, restrict processing, transfer it, and delete it if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Requests regarding data processing can be submitted to Customer Connect's email address: .
10. Personal data is processed with appropriate security measures, including technical and organisational safeguards, to protect it against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
11. In the event of a breach of personal data protection principles, Users have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
12. Customer Connect processes data solely to the extent necessary for fulfilling agreements, conducting business operations, and in compliance with consents provided and applicable laws. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
§10. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Technical Interruptions and Maintenance
Customer Connect reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the Website and/or System due to:
a) Technical issues,
b) Maintenance work,
c) Implementation of updates and new functionalities.
Customer Connect will make every effort to:
- Ensure that technical interruptions are as short as possible,
- Schedule such interruptions during nighttime hours to minimise inconvenience for Users.
2. Changes to the Terms and Services
a) Customer Connect reserves the right to amend these Terms and expand or limit the scope of provided Services.
b) Users will be notified of major changes to the Terms at least 7 days before they take effect.
c) Changes to the Terms do not affect the rights acquired by Users before the changes came into force.
3. Consumer Rights Protection
a) The provisions of these Terms are not intended to limit the rights of Users who are consumers, as provided by applicable laws in their country of residence.
b) In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and applicable laws, the laws of the User's country of residence will prevail.
4. Dispute Resolution
a) In the event of disputes between Customer Connect and the User:
* For consumers: Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the consumer’s country of residence and by the competent courts of that country. Customer Connect provides consumers access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) available at. Consumers may also refer their case to a relevant mediation body or court as per local laws.
* For businesses: Disputes will be resolved by the competent court at Customer Connect’s registered office (Sweden).
b) Customer Connect will seek to resolve disputes amicably, including using alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods in accordance with Article 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013 (ODR Regulation).
Legal basis: Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and recognition of judgments; local ADR regulations.
5. Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from uploading or providing to the Website and System any content that:
a) Violates the law,
b) Incites racial, ethnic, or religious hatred,
c) Contains pornographic, offensive, violent, fascist, Nazi, or communist content,
d) Violates the rights of third parties, including copyrights, related rights, or personal rights.
6. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for their actions within the System, particularly for:
a) Violating legal provisions,
b) Providing illegal content,
c) Violating third-party rights, such as copyrights, related rights, or personal rights,
d) Disclosing confidential information or trade secrets without proper authorisation.
7.Data Protection and Security
Customer Connect implements technical and organisational measures to protect Users' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other international regulations relevant to the Users' countries of residence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law unless local laws in the consumer’s country of residence require the application of that country’s laws. The provisions of these Terms do not limit consumer rights provided by the local laws of their residence.
