Customer Connect provides lead management services (SaaS), helping businesses effectively manage opportunities.

1.1 Roles and Responsibilities

1.1.1 Data Controller

We are the Data Controller for your personal data if you are:

  • A Client, who has entered into a service agreement with us ("Agreement") by accepting the terms and conditions available on the Website ("Client"), as a natural person or a person contacting us via email, the contact form, or the Website’s chat feature.
  • A Contractor, who has entered into another type of agreement with us ("Contractor"), as a natural person, a representative of a Client or Contractor, or a person designated by a Client or Contractor to contact us.

1.1.2 Limitation of Responsibility for Data
We are not the Data Controller for the data of:

  • Contractors, employees, or associates of the Client, or other persons authorised by them to use the account on the Website (unless such persons have accepted this Policy).
    The data of such individuals, if applicable, is processed under a separate data processing agreement.

1.1.3 Data Processor
When processing data on behalf of Clients, Customer Connect acts as a Data Processor, in compliance with the Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").

We are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Data by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encryption and access controls.
