Give Webflow forms a route into Customer Connect
Use Webflow Forms email notifications to send customer enquiries to your team address in Customer Connect. The email is interpreted and becomes an opportunity your team can assign and follow up.
The connection suits contact and quote forms handled by Webflow. Choose a Webflow plan that allows form emails to external recipients.
How to connect the form
- Get your team address. Copy your team email address from the email settings in Customer Connect. Create it there if needed.
- Open the form settings in Webflow. Under Send to, choose Email Notifications. Add the team address as a recipient.
- Include form responses. Add the variable
{{formData}}to the email Body to include the fields. Check that the form contains the customer’s contact details and message. - Save, publish and test. Submit an enquiry from the published website and check the result in Customer Connect.
Webflow’s Starter plan sends form emails to workspace members. An upgraded Site plan is needed to add Customer Connect as an external recipient. See Webflow’s current instructions for form emails and recipients.
Continue working on the customer’s enquiry
Once the submission has become an opportunity in Customer Connect, you can assign an owner and schedule follow-up. Your team has shared information for the next contact.
